This hotel was one of the best I have ever stayed in, far exceeding all our expectations. We have been telling everyone to go since our return. The decor throughout is so thoughtful and beautifully maintained, from the grand entrance hall with the lovely pots, to the turtle pool beneath the bedrooms, the pool bar with flowing foliage wrapped around by the giant pool and the luscious gardens we had not expected but loved exploring with our little boy, watching the rabbits and chickens. We loved walking around very early when the gardeners were already out trimming and pruning and the security guards were in place but still ready with a smile and greeting. Everyone was kind, helpful and thoughtful. The best thing was that they seemed genuine and relaxed, rather than the forced service with a smile you can get in some places. Anis, Raina and Faycel were particular gems but whatever you asked was responded to with such ease. The Spa is insane. A real highlight to have a Clarins pregnancy massage with a facial included as well. The rooms seem to go on forever. Just a swim in the Spa pool while our toddler napped was sufficiently restorative and the gym was really impressive too. The beach as well was an unexpected treat as it is located at the end of the Gammarth strip so it is really secluded. The chairs and fluffy towels were so comfy and it was lovely to be given buckets and spades for our toddler. We will have to return to ride the horses and camels! I only regret not using the paddle boards. The layout is so clever as the rooms are pretty spaced out but all in the same building so you can easily find privacy wherever you go. All the food was great. We hadn't planned on going to the Chinese restaurant as we are spoiled for authentic Chinese food in London's Chinatown, but it was a real highlight as the experience itself had been well-considered. Mediterranean was the least impressive and the most expensive, we thought. All wonderful - thank you!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel - lovely hotel with good sized rooms , nice spa and great location to visit many sites . The staff are all amazingly hospitable at this hotel and always assist with a smile . Thanks to the front desk staff who were all always helpful especially Nizar , Besma and Wessam . The concierge and staff at the gates were also always ready to assist . Khalid and Anis at breakfast were very kind, looked after us well and informed us about the local Tunisian breakfast . The onsite Tunisian and Mediterranean restaurants we tried were also good . There was an issue initially with being allowed to wear the burkini at the spa but that matter was kindly resolved - Thank you.

Okay, this place is fantastic. Beautiful hotel both inside and outside, great SPA, the breakfast is just amazing, they have everything you might want. The hotel is also super clean, the room cleaning is being done everyday and they also check it once or twice more during the day while bringing fresh fruits and water. Also, the local restaurant is very delicious, very much recommended. High class service, and nice live music on the weekends at the lobby bar. If you order a car via Bolt app. Waiting time 3 minutes. Taxi to Carthage: 15-20 minutes, 5 euros. Taxi to Tunis: 25-30 minutes, 7 euros. Taxi to the airport: 20-25 minutes, 7 euros.

The Residence Tunis is hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed. The hotel is stunning — beautiful architecture, peaceful vibes, and right by the sea. The rooms are super comfortable and stylish, with great views and all the little luxury touches. The staff is incredible: friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The food is also delicious (don’t miss the Tunisian dishes). It's the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Whether you're here for a romantic escape or just some serious chill time, this place nails it. Can’t recommend it enough! 5 stars all the way.

Staff were exceptional in their service, gave great recommendations for -hammams, hairdressers, etc. Diana the resident cat and her carer were both very endearing. She’s a very royal cat and fits the place well. Hotel smells amazing and is very welcoming and soothing on the senses. The evening entertainment-singing was great. Staff are very friendly and greet guests individually. The onsite mini farm producing fresh organic herbs, oranges, olive oil etc used in the cooking is truly exceptional.
